Terms of contract
 

• Check in/out: from 3 pm till 9.30 am on departure day. Please do let us know if your predicted arrival time is after 8pm.

• The reservation of the room is binding by a confirmatory deposit of two days of stay, payable by bank transfer on the following bank account: IBAN IT 05 D 08010 58341 000301002163  SWIFT/BIC: RZSBIT21108 made payable to Residence Majarai SAS.

• In case of cancellation we will apply the articles 1385 and 1386 of the Italian Lawcode as follow:

       - more than 60 days before arrival: return of the confirmatory deposit,

       - less than 60 days up to 21 days before arrival: loss of the confirmatory deposit,

       - less than 21 days up to 8 days before arrival: charge of 60% of the total price,

       - less than 8 days before arrival, late arrivals, lower number of present, early departures or in case of no-                 show: 100% charge of the total price

• In case of late arrival or early departure, the full amount of stay will  be charged.

For hygiene reasons dogs and domestic animals are not accepted. Thank you for your comprehension.
